My First Support Group

I had my first group meeting this passed Tuesday.  I wanted to give it a couple of days before I let it marinate.  There were about 10 people there - very nice people might I add.  There were 2 men, and the majority were African Americ

This morning, I had my nutritional assessment.  I'm not sure how I feel about it yet.  It's pretty clear that my eating habits aren't the greatest and that I'm not getting enough essential nutrients to sustain positive health benefits.

This is a very deep topic, I think.  Particularly because it seems to me that there is an emphasis on  the importance of body image.  Body image in that you have to have a slim, muscular body to be considered desireable and acceptable
